The aim of this global project is to showcase and celebrate French gastronomy, the French lifestyle and France as a tourist destination.
This year’s edition will once again place sustainable gastronomy at the centre of the event, with the spotlight on the region of Centre-Val de Loire.
Restaurants must follow a simple rule : compile a four-course menu, which promotes the full diversity of French gastronomy.
Each chef is free to choose his menu according to the local market and seasonal products, as well as the days on which the dinners will be served during this exciting week.
Those participating will be included in the general communication around the event.
Register on https://www.france.fr/en/campaign/gout-france-good-france by proposing a menu showcasing French gastronomy by 14 February 2020.
